We are conveniently located in the northwest suburbs near the Pyramids just north of the I-465/Michigan Rd. exit. We practice in several areas of  law briefly highlighted below:

Family Law: The firm handles all aspects of Dissolution of Marriage (Divorce) including matters of child support, spousal maintenance, child custody, property division, relocation, college education costs etc. Mr. Gole also prepares legal separations, paternity petitions, adoptions,pre-nuptial and  cohabitation agreements, and name changes.

Small Business: We will establish most  business entity formats, i.e. Corporations, LLC's, and Partnerships. We do Wills, Living Wills, and Health Care Power of Attorney plus HIPPA permissions. We can work with you for Guardianships for the elderly or special need family members. We can administer an Estate for a deceased family member.
